LIFT99 is looking for a Founder Community Manager

A great startup idea can sprout from anywhere. F2F is a skillsharing platform, developed by LIFT99, for high-level startup founders to share their unique experiences and mentorship, no matter where they are in the world. The intelligent systems running through the premium network are using behavioural data, feedback and patterns to predict right matches for the right community members to meet, in order to create more startup success stories. Pre-validated network keeps the quality of discussions high, engaged and relevant to the skills and topics.

If being the core of startup life and meeting amazing founders every day makes your heart beat a little bit faster (in a good way!), you might just be the person we are looking for - our F2F app team needs a Founder Community Manager to keep our founders’ network happy and engaged within the app, as well as a outside of it. The ideal candidate has excellent social skills, understands how startups work, and definitely shares our values! Sounds good? Read on!

 

THE ALMIGHTY PERSON WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Creating, testing and iterating the user onboarding process for LIFT99 skillsharing platform.

  • Applying the user onboarding process by introducing new users to the LIFT99 skillsharing platform through finding, gathering and managing new leads, carrying out interviews, getting user feedback, etc.

  • Working closely with the development and design team to tune the user onboarding process, match it against the changes made and expected on the platform, provide user feedback and implement other needed changes.

  • Creating, iterating and executing the roadmap for user onboarding based on the milestones agreed with the executive, development and design team.

  • Scale the user onboarding process, including possible changes required within the platform, to support thousands of new signups in a month.

  • Is the evangelist for the LIFT99 skillsharing platform.

 

THE PERFECT SKILL-SET:

  • Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory. Any other language is always a bonus.

  • Helpful, organized, proactive, open and precise in your work.

  • Strong communication skills and a cheerful personality.

  • Self-motivated.

  • Process-orientated.

  • Strong ability to manage workflow independently.

  • Passion for startups.

  • Comprehensive understanding of startup space.

  • Willingness to help others.

  • Engaging in product development discussions regarding customer feedback.

  • Passionate about entrepreneurship and technology.

  • Basic social media skills (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).

  • Ready for action and embracing surprises.
