RangeForce

RangeForce was founded in 2015 by three entrepreneurs Taavi Must, Margus Enrits, and Jaanus Kink who worked together as contractors to help create the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defense Center of Excellence (CCDCOE) cyber range. This safe “red team/blue team” space was used to recreate realistic cyberattacks and improve the detection and containment operations for member nation cyber defense teams.

In 2015, the founders created the RangeForce Cyber Skill Training Platform. Four years later, the company has grown to over 50 people, 100 customers, hundreds of training modules, and ten cyber exercises, but the founding principles learned from working with NATO are still followed.

Klaus

Tallinn-based startup Klaus is a conversation review and QA platform for customer support teams, improving customer service quality by making internal feedback easy and systematic. Klaus was founded in 2018 by Kair Käsper, Martin Kõiva and Egon Sale.

Klaus provides companies a quick way of getting started with a quality assurance program by connecting to popular help desk software. It allows companies to easily filter out conversations they want to review, rate them based on a customized scorecard and notify agents that received feedback automatically through email or Slack. For companies that already have a process in place, it promises to cut the time spent on reviewing one conversation by 70%.

Estonian-founded SaaS startup Klaus has secured $5.4 million in funding to boost the development of its platform, which helps large support teams improve conversations with customers by speeding up and simplifying the internal feedback process. The financing round was led by Global Founders Capital. Klaus is also backed by Creandum, Icebreaker and the founders of Estonian CRM scale-up Pipedrive, among other entrepreneurs/angel investors.
