You are a corporation or a company who had great experience with people working remotely. The company no longer has an office and your employees require a space to be occasionally. Get a flex/fix desk for your employees, and extra hours in the meeting rooms to host the meetings or calls. Spring 2020 experiment for working remotely has created new habits.
We did ask our members what they missed and, this is what they said. Having social interactions, meeting high-level professionals over a cup of coffee in the common areas of the community coworking space, connecting with like-minds, and brainstorming with people outside their team. This is the extra boost for productivity and satisfaction of the work process.
